"Norwich is a living rose..."

On July 5th, 2009 Miranda Creative partnered with Dime Bank to present a special kind of parade float for Norwich's Fourth of July 350th celebration parade. Our float, themed “A Living Rose,” featured as many Norwich residents with this blooming name... as we could locate.

All "Roses from the Rose City," joined us for an afternoon of fun and celebration. It included a special seat on our double decker bus, hair styling and makeup compliments of Antenna Salon, thier own parade sash, rose parasol, ice cream treats and some fun photos. We had special prizes for the youngest Rose (age 7) and the youngest at heart (age 94).
